    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this debate on the Report of the Power and Privileges Committee of the House. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all I want to state that the House has its own rules and we have to live by those rules. Having said so, I have listened to the debate and I want to propose an amendment to this Report. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Motion be amended by deleting the word “full stop” at the end of the Motion and inserting thereof the following – That (1) subject with the Amendments of the recommendations appearing on page 66 of the Report by deleting the words “for the remainder of the second Session of the 13th Parliament” appearing in Paragraph (1) and substituting thereof with the words “until 31st October 2023.”"
