Again, during its sitting yesterday, SBC received a letter from the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Health. It indicated that she will not be present today for purposes of responding to these questions, owing to the fact that she is amongst the delegation that accompanied His Excellency the President to New York for the UNGA engagement."
