    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to also add my voice to this important Motion by our colleague, Sen. Mumma. I support this Motion and my colleagues who have urged the promoter of the Motion to consider to move fast and propose several amendments to the Tobacco Control Act, 2007. When the Tobacco Control Act was being enacted, e-cigarettes were not an issue in this country and the access to e-cigarettes was perhaps limited to a very insignificant population.
