    "content": "Well guided, Madam Temporary Speaker. As I go on, it is very important that as a leadership in this country, we stop sharing blame where it does not belong. It is important that we condemn with the heaviest terms, a life lost or violence committed to any Kenyan in any part of this country. For so long, we have fought the menace of violence and terrorism. We lost many Kenyans through the bomb blast. We must say it the way it is. As leaders, we have the capacity to stop this virus but we lack political goodwill. I thank Cabinet Secretary, Hon.
