    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I join my colleagues to support the Motion. We sympathise with our people that have lost their loved ones. My opinion on being in Somalia; take the example of United States of America (USA) today. USA is in Saudi Arabia and in Afghanistan not having any business there but to take terrorists that would be planning to attack USA interests head on. I believe that for Kenya to be safe, it is not really to be in the country alone, but also to strategize and tackle the enemy at a distance so that they are not near home with their plans. Kenya should see what equipment they need to be able to tackle the enemy. Madam Temporary Speaker, many times, the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Interior and Administration of National Government has promised equipment that would tackle the kind of bombings that these people plant in the ground. I honestly believe that that should be the way so that, the enemy is defeated even though they are planning. They should be defeated in those plans rather than running away from them and coming to defend from home. It is because we will be caught at the door, if we do that. The other thing is to be proactive where there is insecurity such as Lamu, some parts of Pokot and Turkana and so on, so that there is a proper---"
