    "content": "convert ourselves into an institution of the Judiciary. The Constitution is very clear as far as the separation of power is concerned. Mr. Speaker, Sir, if indeed there are some of us who feel that the President erred and did an illegality, that is a matter to be interpreted by the Court of Law and not the Committee. The Committee is not a court of law. The Committee is a Committee of this House and there is a Standing Order that says that all the sessions of a Committee are an extension of the debate of this House. It is clear, and there have been several rulings in the past. I have been in this House for sometime and I have known that when the issue of the legality comes in, there have been rulings that Parliament is not a court of law. If it is an issue of illegality, the Committee that we are talking about has every right of going to court for interpretation."
