    "content": " Hon. Speaker, at the outset I support the Report. I particularly support the fact that farmers and workers of Nzoia Sugar Company, who have been owed money for the longest time, are going to be paid. I also support the ‘ mambo nimatatu’ slogan. It pains me when foreigners, thieves, and barons take our companies as a battle ground. It is painful when people want to fight for Mumias Sugar Company’s land as if the Government and Parliament cannot do anything. That is unacceptable. On that note, Mr Rai should already have faced one of the three things that the President mentioned. For the survival of the sugar industry, he should be a lesson to anybody who would want to dare joke with the sweat of the people and steal money from them. They will stop it. For that reason, I support this Report."
