    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 30 of the Bill be deleted. Clause 30 provides for public participation, but we realise for the privatisation programme to be approved by the National Assembly, it would have undergone public participation. Therefore, there is no need to provide that the programme again undergoes public participation. That is the purpose of deletion of that clause."
