    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, all I was saying is that my colleagues only told half of the truth regarding the HANSARD that they were reading to this House. I did not talk about re-appointment during my contribution to this House in 2004. Re-appointment as presented in Section 3(2) makes sense in the sense that the Executive was appointed, it has performed extremely well according to the report of the board itself and in those circumstances, it is not necessary for the Board or Parliament to give further approvals for the CEO to be re-appointed. That is normal practice! Let us not change that culture because it is Mr. Ringera."
