    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I want to support this amendment. We have seen many public entities being wound up, but we have not understood how they have been utilised. They have ended up in people’s pockets. By depositing it in a special interest-bearing account, this account can be audited, and we can establish the amount of money that came from the sales and how it can be spent moving forward. If you want to re-invest it in something else, then it is obvious that it is an account that can easily be audited and understood. I support."
