All those entities were on the programme of privatisation through the Gazette Notice No. 8739 of 14th August, 2009. This provision is for two things: One, that, the gazette notice shall lapse. The gazette notice lapsing means that the programme as put by that gazette notice would not continue; and, two, providing a recourse that notwithstanding what has been said, then the privatisation programme would now go as per the Act."
