"content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, as much as the amendment may look as harmless as the Chair and the Leader of the Majority Party want to put it, that may not be the case. If you look at the First Schedule that deals with operations of the Board, there is already a provision that allows the Board to make resolutions and a decision of the Board shall be by a majority of the members present and voting. In case of any inequality of a vote, there is already a provision for resolutions. I want to go on record that, that particular amendment is a mischievous one. It is for deal-making and deal-fixers.
