Temporary Chairlady, in as much as I share in the interpretation of my colleagues, the wording ‘though’ on this particular proposal ties it because for that decision to be made by an officer or member of the Board, there has to be a Board resolution. Therefore, that responsibility is still bestowed on the Board of the Privatisation Authority. In that case, the Board would have approved the particular exercise through a resolution. Therefore, I would urge Members that there is no harm in having this amendment. There is no mischief here because the amendment safeguards the authority of the Board. There would have to be a Board resolution."
