"content": " Probably, his could be a case of semantics. Of course, I am pre-empting the debate but it is already in the Bill and probably there is no amendment at the moment. The Committee comprises several members and one of them is one representative from the county government nominated by the Council of Governors. The question I am asking and which I hope you will get an answer is as follows: Does that amount to collaboration or after the nominee of the Council of Governors has participated in setting the price, the Board has to go again and consult the county governments?
