    "content": " The Chairman. Actually, it is just the drafting technique. If you look at Clause 7, it talks of a person appointed as chairperson. We know the chairperson will be elected. And then if you read the drafting, the renewability seems to be automatic and yet, that should not be the case because those directors have to go back for election after they have served their first term of three years. My proposal is that the renewal is subject to fresh elections by the farmers. That is my proposal."
