I wish to report that the Committee of the whole House has considered the Sugar Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 22 of 2022) up to Clause 17 upon which it was reported that there was no quorum. Under Standing Order 35(2)(b), I therefore report that there was no quorum and we had to adjourn."
