On behalf of the leadership of the Senate on both sides, I take this opportunity to welcome the delegation from the Parliament of Uganda, who are here on a benchmarking visit with our Secretariat. I give them the assurance that they are in the right place at the right time. You have come to visit the Senate at a time that we have a clear demonstration of professionalism in the management of affairs of the Senate and of Parliament. The beauty of it is that the Clerk who leads the Secretariat of the Senate is also the Secretary to the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC). So, you are in the right place.
