    "content": "Constitution mandates each and every Cabinet Secretary to table the report on how their departments are performing. It is time to consider amending the Constitution and the PFM Act to set timelines, goals and milestones whereby the Central Bank Governor can come to Parliament and give a report on the efforts that is put in place in terms of developing policy that will end up stabilizing our currencies. I believe that will promote confidence among traders in this country. I support."
