    "content": "The High Court, by orders issued on 3rd March, 2005 (a) granted leave to the applicants to apply for an order of certiorari to remove from the High Court and quash the said decision of the Minister for Lands and (b) granted leave to the applicants to apply for an order of prohibition, prohibiting the Minister for Lands and the Attorney-General from cancelling the applicants title deeds, evicting, trespassing or otherwise interfering with the applicants quiet occupation and enjoyment of their registered parcels of land."
