    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that pursuant to Standing Order No. 34(4) (a), the Senate resolves to extend its sitting time until the conclusion of debate in Order Nos.12 and 13 in today’s Supplementary Order Paper. I have seen the list of Members who want to speak on this topic. It will be unfair for us to have spoken and at 6.30 p.m. we rise without the conclusion of this debate. Therefore, I request that the House agree with me that we conclude on Order No.12, I give the reply and perhaps move or commence Order No.13. I beg to move and request Sen. Oketch Gicheru to second.
