    "content": "Cancer happens to be one of the most expensive diseases to treat. Considering that most of our populace are poor, it is only fair that the Government takes over the responsibility of treating cancer. This Motion is very much in line with the new Constitution, which provides that Kenyans are entitled to free healthcare. Therefore, this Motion has come at the right time."
