The amendments proposed by the three Senators are safely captured by the proposed amendments by Sen. Oketch Gicheru. I will give each Senator half-a-minute to present their amendments and to consider dropping them in favour of those by Sen. Oketch Gicheru which capture and go beyond the proposed amendments."
