    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT Clause 21 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (2) – (3) Despite section 9, a person appointed as a community health volunteer or community health worker at the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be appointed as a community health promoter under this Act. The import of this is that, Clause 21 talks about miscellaneous provisions.
