    "content": "Thank you Madam Temporary Chairperson. In fact, the proposal by Sen. Osotsi is similar to that of the Committee. We had also proposed to amend Section 9 which states - “A person appointed as a CHV at the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be appointed as a community health promoter under this Act.” We agree with that amendment."
