    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, the amendment by the Chairperson of the Committee is similar to my earlier amendment on the transitioning of community health volunteers to promoters. However, the amendment I am proposing to Clause 2 is to just improve on the definition. It is not affecting the amendment by the Chair which is on transition like the one I had put. The one on Clause 2 is to improve on the definition so that it can capture the process under Clause 9 as defined by Sen. Mungatana and also to bring in the element of The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
