I take this opportunity to welcome students from St. Augustine Primary School, the students from the Medical Training College and our leaders who have been leading us in the past, including Hon. Erastus, the current Principal Secretary, who was also the Speaker of the County Assembly, and Emeritus Speaker of the Senate, Hon. Ekwee Ethuro. I take this time to welcome them to learn from this Senate Mashinani. We have broken the record. I hope they see that Senate Mashinani is a good, vital and fundamental initiative that enables us to learn more about Turkana County and involve the citizens to participate in decision making as they learn and listen. So, I want to take this time to welcome them to learn. After learning, they will work hard wherever they are in the institution and will even be more than what we are. We expect them to be presidents, speakers and other categories of leaders. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
