    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also rise to support this Bill. The House has built consensus that this is a very timely Bill. The Senate Majority Leader elucidated the reason we need to do justice to it. As my colleagues have said, both the national Government and county governments have a responsibility to provide healthcare services, as indicated in the Constitution of Kenya: “43. (1) Every person has a right- (a) to the highest attainable standard of health, which includes the right to healthcare services, including reproductive health care…”"
