    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, currently, we have more than 200 districts. It is true that those districts are facing a lot of problems in terms of housing. My ministry is drafting a proposal to discuss with the Minister for Finance to see how we can address the problem of housing in the new districts. But as we do that through the NHC 90-Towns Program, funds have been a major problem. But we are trying, with the little that we have, to see if we can start housing programs in some of the towns. I do not have the list of the towns but I know that Kimilili is one of those towns that have been earmarked under the NHC 90-Towns Program."
