    "content": "So, the Government must take deliberate efforts. It is good that the Minister is here. We want to urge the Minister to seriously talk to the Ministry of Finance so that he can be given sufficient resources urgently. There is no hon. Member here who has never been asked by a constituent or a friend to fundraise in support of a cancer patient treatment. That is what we are doing everyday! Right now, I have a patient that I am treating in my own house - a mother with breast cancer who cannot be treated by anybody because of prohibitive costs."
