I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Health concerning Bills owed by counties to the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (KEMSA). In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) State the amount currently pending in Bills that counties owe KEMSA. (2) State the total amount in pending Bills owed to KEMSA by other entities outside counties and other medical institutions.
