    "content": "From the onset, let me thank the Mover of this Motion for bringing it forth. Education is key to development of any nation. Any country that is serious about developing must develop the human resource. Education is a basic right. It is a basic right to every child born in Kenya. It is the duty and responsibility of the Government to ensure that every child accesses education. Therefore, there is need to relook at the policy of education today. We keep talking about accessibility and affordability. Those two key factors must be taken very seriously by the Government to ensure that every Kenyan in every part of this country access education."
