    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the way forward for this country is to develop skills- based education as opposed to mere academic education. Skills education is provided by technical colleges. So, by extending the loan facilities to these children, we will be achieving our Vision 2030 easier than if we just concentrated on purely academic education."
