Ethuro said, if you go to the urban areas today most of expectant mothers do not eat green vegetables and, therefore, they lack folic acid; when they lack folic acid, they are likely to give birth to babies with hydrocephalus, which is another very difficult condition to deal with among children; it is a very big disaster to our health system, especially among children. So, we need to tackle this thing also from another point of view of tackling issues of poverty and access to health care in general."
