    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise, pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations regarding the demarcation of the jurisdictional boundaries between the counties of Marsabit and Wajir. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide precise maps of the counties of Marsabit and Wajir that clearly show the boundaries of the sub-counties of Arb Jahaan, Molmol, Ires Wachile, Baji and Basir and the respective counties in whose jurisdiction they fall. (2) Outline any actions the Government has taken to facilitate the conclusive demarcation of the boundaries related to the aforementioned sub-counties, addressing any contention between the two counties concerning their boundaries."
