    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, these athletic villages, development of sports, it is the things that we have that those people do not have that will cause them to come where we are and, therefore, give us money for tourism. All the money you spend in the United Kingdom, for example, when you go there and go on the rooftop of those buses of theirs that tour the city, the money does not show you anything that you cannot replicate in this country. We need to convert our towns into cities and move our people from the rural areas to come to the city, so that our country can develop faster.
