    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I support this Petition. As far as voting in the Assembly is concerned, this is a matter that also affects the Senate where delegations are the only ones allowed to vote. Even in the assemblies, it is the ward representatives who vote on the matters that affect the wards. Secondly, the matter on nominations needs to be addressed. It is unfair to those who are residents of those counties. You cannot transport someone from Kisumu to become an MCA in Isiolo County yet we have many voters who can be appointed to those positions. This is an anomaly that must be corrected considering we have situations where people have moved to court and protested the swearing in at those county assemblies. This is a good Petition and we must deal with it. It is unfair for any political party to transport an MCA from one county to the other."
