    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this important Bill. I have gone through this important document and the country is going to see very serious changes in the health sector. This will be a one-stop shop in matters related to treatment. A doctor should not misdiagnose a patient because he does not have your history. This time round, it will be easy for a doctor across the world and by a click of a button to know what you have been suffering from all your life. We have had many issues in the health sector where patients get treated wrongly and doctors give wrong prescriptions because they do not have any history. This Bill will bring a lot of changes in this country and it is also a way of saying that the country is growing because we are trying to do exactly what other developed countries are doing. This is the one of the best things that is going to happen in this country. I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
