    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the issue of Ileret Sub-county was raised the last time I appeared before this House. Immediately I left the Chamber, I directed that the public participation, which is the requirement of the law, be done for the purpose of initiating the procedure of creating Ileret Sub-county, which is one of the most deserving cases that I know of. That process has already been completed. I commit to the House and to the Senator for Marsabit County that Ileret Sub-county will be operationalized within the next 60 days and there will be a Deputy County Commissioner (DCC) and heads of department in place."
