(Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the recruitment of chiefs and assistant chiefs is governed by the schemes of service which is administered by the Public Service Commission (PSC). While they are in service, we normally do continuous training and orientation so that the element of public interest is maintained. Nevertheless, in the future, we have no problem relooking at how the involvement of the public can enrich the process. Going forward, it is something that we are open to considering."
