    "content": "One of the main suspects was Harun Fazul who has never been arrested. The investigations reveal that this attack was perpetuated by a group calling themselves AlQaeda and the planning was done in Khartoum, Sudan. The main planner was Mr. Harun Fazul, a citizen of the Republic of the Comoros, who had obtained a Kenya National Identification (ID) card fraudulently. His acquisition of the Kenyan ID had been facilitated by Government officials who were later charged in court. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in the morning of the attack, Mr. Harun Fazul together with others, drove a Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) into the USA Embassy causing the above mentioned fatalities and serious infrastructural damages.
