"content": " Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, apologies. Ordinarily, it is within your space to guide the House. However, I have noted in the morning that when you give Members an opportunity to seek supplementary questions, very few of them stick to supplementary questions related to the specific question. If that is the tradition then, would it not be in order to allow the Senators that have first listed questions to complete on theirs? You can open the Floor after because ideally and by practice, it has been said that the Cabinet Secretary will respond to all the supplementary questions together. This will give priority to Senators who had questions on the Order Paper. I beg your indulgence, if you so agree."
