Cabinet Secretary is, what are his plans to construct stadia in my County Wajir and neighbouring counties, because there are no proper stadia? There are small ones that are not well done. As you are aware, there are many unemployed youth. Sports is one of the things that nurture the talent of the youth. Of late, there are many youths who are taking drugs and are now being recruited in funny places like Al-Shabaab. The best way to keep them engaged is in sports.
