    "content": " Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order 45(2) allow me to rearrange the sequence of today’s Order Paper for the convenience of the House. We will move to prosecute Order No. 14. Thereafter, we shall proceed to the Committee of the Whole. If you look at today’s Order Paper, quite a number of Bills are stuck at the Committee of the Whole. Once we are done with Order No.14, we will proceed to the Committee of the Whole. Clerk, kindly proceed to call the order as amended."
