    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended by deleting subclause (2). Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, the import of this amendment is that Clause 10(2) proposes that after the Board has set up Committees, there will be other people who are not employees, Board members who will be co-opted into the Committees. I think this is wrong governance-wise. As such, I am proposing to delete that clause."
