    "content": "The import of the amendment is that Clause 52(2) is talking about the annual reports that shall be tabled in the National Assembly which include the Auditor General’s report, financial statements of the Agency, activities or programmes of the Agency, together with any other information related to the Agency. Considering that the agency shall be dealing with health data, it is important for the Senate to participate in this. I am simply removing “National Assembly” and replacing it with “Parliament” so that the Senate can be involved."
