    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I propose: THAT the First Schedule to the Bill be amended in paragraph 6 by – (a) deleting subparagraph (3) and substituting thereof the following new subparagraph - (3) Despite subparagraphs (1) and (2) - (a) a person who immediately before the commencement of this Act was an employee of the Fund under the National Health Insurance Fund Act (now repealed) shall be an employee of the Authority as if appointed under this Act; and (b) all benefits accruing to an employee under the National Health Insurance Fund Act (now repealed) shall continue to accrue to that employee under this Act. (b) deleting subparagraph (4); and (c) deleting subparagraph (5).
