"content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT Clause 13 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (3)– (4) Subsection (3) shall come into force and be applicable with respect to the financial year in which this Act comes into force and shall not apply with respect to preceding financial years. This is to ensure that the expenses of the Board shall be applicable within the respective financial year in which this Act comes into force and shall not apply with respect to preceding financial years."
