    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- Noting that the Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF) established in 2006 with the sole purpose of reducing unemployment among the youth within the age bracket of 18 years to 35 years has done a commendable job; concerned that whereas women have the Women Enterprise Development Fund (WEDF) to fall back on or upon attaining the upper age bracket, men have no agency to assist them; this House urges the Government to establish a men enterprise fund to increase economic opportunities for and participation by vulnerable Kenyan men in nation-building."
