    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. We have carried out some consultations with the Leader of the Majority Party and my colleagues on this side who sit on the Departmental Committee on Health. We had serious amendments that we wanted to make, but we are cognisant of the fact that this is a Senate Bill that is before the National Assembly. In light of the fact that if we do not pass it it will go back to the Senate or to the Mediation Committee, we have agreed that I withdraw this amendment and subsequent amendments on the undertaking of the Majority side that the amendments proposed herein can be revisited in a small amendment Bill after six months. On that account, I would like to withdraw this amendment. Thank you."
