"content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I rise to support this amendment. I think as the Leader of the Majority Party has mentioned, this country has to come back to normalcy. We must punish those people who have siphoned money from the poor. I want to support what the Leader of Majority Party has said. I was shocked to watch on television the issues of Machakos. The people who are suffering are the poorest of the poor and they are innocent. We are punishing the young people. Therefore, we must support the people who brought this Government to power. This is because the bottom-up approach, which this Government has taken, is to support the people who are down there. I want to support the amendment by Mhe. Atandi so that we can move forward."
